Hi, I’m Casey Bargo, a professional baseball player, high school pitching coach, and mentor who has dedicated my life to the game of baseball and helping others reach their full potential. Growing up in Richmond, Kentucky, with a father who played professional baseball, I was immersed in the sport from a young age. Baseball taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work, shaping me into the person I am today.
At 10 years old, I lived in Sarasota, Florida, where I had the incredible opportunity to train alongside professional players. Those two years were transformative, as I gained the knowledge and skills that laid the foundation for my career. After graduating from Madison Central High School in 2018, I chased my dream of becoming a Division I athlete at Lincoln Trail College, a Division I junior college in Illinois. My time there allowed me to grow both as a player and as a person, earning my associate’s degree in General Studies and developing into the pitcher I am today.
From Lincoln Trail, I earned a scholarship to UNC Charlotte, where I competed at the Division I level while studying Health Systems Management. I later transferred to Ball State University, completing my bachelor’s degree and an MBA certificate, all while continuing to excel on the field. Along the way, I was honored to receive several academic and athletic awards, including recognition from Conference USA and the Mid-American Conference (MAC) for my achievements as a student-athlete.
In 2024, I had the honor of being selected as the first overall pick in the Frontier League draft by the New England Knockouts. As a professional pitcher, I’ve worked hard to develop my craft, reaching speeds of 97 mph and striving to be the best I can be. But while I love competing, one of my greatest passions is coaching. I currently serve as the pitching coach for Corbin High School, where I work with young athletes to help them unlock their potential. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see players improve not just their skills but also their confidence and love for the game.
Through my business, Athriva, I aim to bring my passion for coaching to a broader audience. I offer personalized training, recovery solutions, and digital programs to help athletes achieve more. My philosophy is simple: success comes from doing the little things right every day, and I’m here to help others build the habits and skills needed to succeed both on and off the field.
Baseball has been a lifelong journey for me, and I’m grateful for every opportunity it’s given me. Whether I’m coaching on the field, training in the gym, or working with athletes through Athriva, my mission is the same: to inspire, challenge, and support others in their pursuit of greatness.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about my story. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals!
